A pictorial comparison of two showers in my home. Both have had approximately 3000 showers at the

time the pictures were taken. We live in the country with hard water.

The shower is built with Canadian soapstone and soapstone  grout.

The tile and acrylic shower is built with tile, cement grout, acrylic shower pan and silicone caulking.

The tiled shower has since been replaced with Canadian soapstone.
