This unique shower and in particular the floor is made from six separate slabs of Canadian soapstone that have been sloped to the drain.
The conventional method of creating a stone or tiled shower base is to first create a slope with cement or other materials and then install the tile or stone on that slope.
With this type of shower floor, we quarry and cut the slabs of stone to create a desired mosaic and then machine a common slope into those stones taking the water to the drain.
Shower floors made from these large stones can take on any shape and size.
The natural characteristics of Canadian soapstone will allow this shower to outlast any other natural or synthetic material.
